Starting my career in both industry and practice in the Lake District I moved to Cornwall in 2011 and continued to work in practice from larger more corporate companies to smaller, more personal environments.

After joining Property Hub Tax in 2019, I now look after a range of clients at Calculated as well as offering tax consultations.

I love keeping fit, holidays (especially the food and wine!), and exploring Cornwall with my two dogs, Ethel and Beryl and more recently, my beautiful son.

After almost a decade in Engineering I decided to switch careers to Accountancy. I started with Calculated (previously Property Hub Tax) in 2017 carrying out the company’s finance and admin duties. I have experience of bookkeeping and producing management accounts.

I’ve assisted with improving processes, particularly the client renewals process. I am now responsible for client bookkeeping and accounts production.

I love spending time with my husband and two daughters. My other interests include running, baking, music and maths!

Having worked in administrative functions since leaving school and gaining an NVQ in Business Administration, I have worked for various companies including the local council and NHS. I started with Calculated Ltd in September 2022 as their Accounts Practice

Administrator. It is my role to deal with all renewal proposals, new client proposals and working alongside Clare in the practice support functions for our tax advisors.

I have 2 children, a husband and a puppy, so life is pretty busy! Living in a rural part of the UK, we are able to get out and about for lots of beautiful walks in the Countryside and along the Coast!

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to two boys and a dedicated football mum. When I’m not on the side of the pitch cheering them on or washing muddy football kits, we enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that’s hiking, camping, or simply enjoying a BBQ with family and friends.

I joined Calculated in May 2026. I’m AAT Level 2 qualified and currently studying for Level 3.

I work in the bookkeeping team, reconciling income and expense transactions and filing quarterly returns for MTD for Income Tax.

I enjoy long walks and love animals, especially dogs
Football is my main sporting interest and I’m a die hard Manchester United fan but I’m also a fan of Darts and Snooker/Pool.

Massive fan of TV and Films, my favourite TV show is Game of Thrones and favourite film is Shawshank Redemption!

In July 2020, Clare and I re-moulded Property Hub Tax into Calculated where I now head up Group Operations, focusing on core business improvements and future opportunities.

As well as being a keen property investor I run and love golf #golf is life!

Business Support Director

Heading up the business support and financial administration functions for the Calculated Group of companies.

After a long career in IT working on Unix and Oracle systems I opted for a complete shift in career and started working for a small but successful firm of accountants which Chris and I headed up. Together, we formed Calculated in 2020 and I now look after business support functions and systems across the Group.

As the co-owner of a growing company and working mum there’s not too much spare time but I do enjoy walking my dog and a good book, even if it is sometimes Audible rather than paperback.

Jagrup Lewis

Our Tax Principal with over 25 years of extensive experience in assisting individual and corporate clients in all aspects of tax planning.

I joined Property Hub Tax in 2018, and as I have also been investing in property for the last 20 years, I am able to see things not just from a tax perspective but also a commercial perspective.

I am predominantly responsible for the various tax consultations that are offered by Calculated to ensure that clients structure their property portfolios in the most tax efficient way based on their individual circumstances and future goals, as well as providing clients with ongoing tax advice.

I enjoy Cooking, Reading and Travelling.

Sheryldene Dunne

Accountant & Internal Auditor CA(SA), ACA

I initially qualified as an Internal Auditor and began working at a large international accountancy practice in Cape Town. After a few years, I moved into external auditing and later qualified as a Chartered Accountant. I then moved into industry to work as a Group Financial Controller for a large, listed fund management company. I was transferred to their Dublin, and later their London office to manage the finance function for 2 of their subsidiaries.

I have been focusing on property, both personally as an investor and professionally (since 2018) when I joined Property Hub as a client Accountant. I am the Practice Manager at Calculated and manage a portfolio of clients.

I love Reading, Travelling and spending time with my family.
