Our Broker Fees

We offer a no obligation initial mortgage consultation. Depending on the type of mortgage, there may be a fee for our mortgage advice and arrangement service. Our fees start at £295 and a typical Buy to Let mortgage fee is £495. For more complex cases, where there is significantly more work or expertise involved, we may charge a fixed fee of up to £695. One of our advisors will detail fully how much we charge and when it is payable, before we proceed with an application on your behalf.
