All referrals must be sent via email to mortgages@calculateduk.com with the Name, Contact Number and Email Address of the individual(s) or company being referred. In addition, please include your Name, Contact Number and Email Address.

Note: You must have sought and obtained permission from the referred individual to pass on their details.

The referred individual(s) or company must either:

Complete on a full Residential mortgage/remortgage application via Calculated Financial Services Limited.

Complete on a full Buy to Let mortgage/remortgage application via Calculated Financial Services Limited or Calculated Commercial Limited.

Complete on a Bridging Loan, Commercial/Semi Commercial Mortgage or Development Finance product via Calculated Commercial Limited.

The referred individual(s) or company must not already be an existing contact/customer within the Calculated Group of companies (Calculated Ltd, Calculated Financial Services Limited and Calculated Commercial Limited).

To qualify for your reward, the referred individual(s) or company must have paid all associated administration and/or broker fees payable as per the Calculated Financial Services Limited or Calculated Commercial Limited Terms of Business.

If the referred individual(s) or company complete on a Product Transfer/Product Switch application, due to this being a service we do not charge a fee for, the voucher will be capped to £25.

Calculated reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke referred membership if we uncover or suspect your referral submission(s) to be fraudulent and/or abusive to the nature of the Calculated Mortgages Friends & Family Referral Scheme

All calls may be recorded and/or monitored.

The Calculated Mortgages Friends & Family Referral Scheme may change or be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Calculated group of companies.
