Limited Company and Partnerships Registered Office Address

Check your Registered Office Address!

We have been made aware of an incident where a limited company has had their registered office changed at Companies House by an unknown party without their authorisation.

Why does it matter?

The Registered Office address of your limited company is the primary contact address used by both HMRC and Companies House as well as 3rd parties.

All communication and authentication information will be sent to that address.

The potential risk of fraud should not be overlooked.

Protect your company information.

How do I check?

  1. Go to the Companies House website: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/.
  2. Enter the name of your limited company or partnership in the “Search the Register” and click search.
  3. Select your company from the list displayed.
  4. You will be taken to your summary page and your Registered Office address will be displayed.
